If a click only jerks the rod, hold the primary fishing input so the hook moves through the water. Then test one known lure and location before treating it as a broken session.

Easy gives every creature 25% less health and 50% less damage. Hard gives every creature 25% more health and 25% more damage. Normal keeps the original balance. The official announcement says you can change the setting from the main menu or in-game.
